Assumptions

· You are a manager of a group of computer analysts (or other service workers) who help people with their computer problems or any other service work.

· You have access to a local area network where this program can run.

· You meet with your staff every day to discuss problems solved yesterday and the problems they will attempt to solve today. You may optionally discuss problems you intend to solve tomorrow.

· You have the need to run reports that show how much work is being accomplished for any given department, person or group.

· You may also like to see what things your analysts have completed in any given time period.

· You have the need to regrlarly run reports that show all projects that haven't been completed.

· Either your staff of analysts will close out projects by directly running the program from the net or a designated person will assist the analysts by doing that for them.

· You would also like to post work schedules on a convenient bulletin board that show the work ahead of you or behind you.

· You have tried other help desk software and don't like it. Or maybe you haven't yet been exposed to those other programs but don't want to spend the bucks.

You have found a home.
